About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Presentation & Visual Storytelling Designer to support the APAC General Manager Conference and other key leadership events. This role focuses on transforming complex business content into compelling, executive-level presentations and immersive visual experiences that engage senior audiences across the region. You will partner closely with business leaders, speakers, and event stakeholders to shape narratives, develop creative assets, and ensure a consistent, high-impact brand experience across all conference touchpoints.

Job scopes

  • Design and develop executive-level presentations and visual storytelling for the APAC General Manager Conference, transforming complex information into clear, engaging and impactful audience experience
  • Develop creative assets across the attendee journey, including event branding, stage and screen content, media moments, event website and app assets, signage, wayfinding, speaker assets and conference collateral
  • Partner closely with conference stakeholders, speakers and speaker representatives to develop presentation content, shape visual narratives and create engaging audience experiences
  • Adapt and localize Global presentations, templates and creative assets for APAC audiences while maintaining alignment with brand standards and the overall conference narrative
  • Create bespoke speaker assets including walk-on visuals, announcement sequences, awards content, multimedia elements and supporting presentation materials
  • Design event communications and marketing materials including registration campaigns, attendee communications, promotional assets and Know Before You Go content
  • Curate, source and manage visual assets including photography, video, stock imagery, icons, motion graphics and other creative resources used throughout the conference
  • Support onsite conference execution, including presentation updates, content integration, quality assurance, version control and last-minute creative adjustments
  • Collaborate with event agencies, production partners and vendors to ensure creative assets are delivered accurately and consistently across all event touchpoints
  • Support video editing, motion graphics and multimedia content development where required
  • From time to time, provide design support across other APAC Communications initiatives, leadership events and regional projects as business priorities require
  • Partner closely with APAC Communications planning team to translate business messages into clear, compelling visual storytelling
  • Work with business leaders, speakers, speaker representatives and event stakeholders to shape presentation content, visual narratives and audience experiences
  • Collaborate with event agencies, production partners and vendors to ensure creative assets are aligned, delivered accurately and executed consistently across all conference touchpoints
  • Executive-level PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for the APAC General Manager Conference
  • Conference creative assets across the attendee journey, including event branding, stage and screen content, media moments, signage, wayfinding, speaker assets and conference collateral
  • Speaker presentations, walk-on visuals, announcement sequences, awards content and supporting multimedia assets
  • Registration campaign materials, attendee communications, promotional assets and Know Before You Go content
  • Graphics, icons, infographics, data visualizations and visual storytelling assets that simplify complex information
  • Adapted and localized Global presentations, templates and creative assets tailored for APAC audiences
  • Photography, video, stock imagery, motion graphics and creative asset libraries used across conference touchpoints
  • Onsite presentation assets, content integration files and production-ready creative materials for event delivery
  • Post-event creative deliverables including recap assets, communication materials and archived conference content
  • Creative assets and design support for selected APAC Communications initiatives, leadership events and regional projects as required
  • Consistent application of company’s brand standards across all creative outputs

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • With 5 to 6 years of professional design experience, supporting corporate communications, conferences, agency or in-house creative teams
  • Experience working in macOS environments, with proficiency across Apple hardware and software platforms
  • Excellent portfolio showing presentation design, event branding and visual storytelling across executive-level work
  • Proven experience designing leadership presentations, conference materials and event touchpoints
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, tight timelines, and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting live events, conferences or large-scale meetings, including onsite creative execution and presentation management
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote, with good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Exceptional presentation design and visual storytelling skills
  • Sharp eye for typography, layout, composition and data visualization
  • Good understanding of event branding, experiential design and audience experience
